First & Second Fix Electrical Installation
We carry out complete first and second fix electrical installations for new build homes and residential developments, working to the project drawings and specification and coordinating with other trades throughout the build.
During first fix, we install the cabling and electrical infrastructure before walls and ceilings are finished. This includes socket and lighting circuits, smoke and heat alarm wiring, external supplies, data and communication cabling, consumer unit locations and meter positions.
Once the property is ready for second fix, we return to install sockets, switches, lighting, consumer units, kitchen appliance connections, external lighting and heating controls. The completed installation is then fully tested, commissioned and certified, ready for final handover.

We can take care of the complete electrical installation of a new build property, from the initial first fix through to testing and handover. This includes running all cabling throughout the property, installing socket and lighting circuits, consumer units, smoke and heat alarms, kitchen and appliance supplies, bathroom electrics, external lighting and power, data cabling and any required heating controls.
